About Me
Lisa Goff, CSW, C-IAYT
I believe life is our greatest teacher - whether we want it to be or not! I am blessed to be the mother of four children who struggle with dyslexia, sensory and language processing disorders, and ADHD. Those challenges combined with my own history of anxiety and chronic pain led me to yoga. Yoga changed my life and I spent 12 years working as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist (C-IAYT). I loved working with the body but I wanted to expand my ability to work holistically with the mind, body, and spirit. That led me to a Master’s in Social Work from Utah Valley University.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, faith exploration, grief and life transitions. I have worked with various populations including youth in crisis, women struggling with postpartum depression, and first responders in residential treatment for PTSD and addiction.
When I’m not at work I can be found out hiking with my dog, on my yoga mat, traveling or hanging out with family.
